We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees.
Develop and deliver training programs across various subjects, including technical skills, soft skills, and domain-specific knowledge.
Training Material Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training materials, manuals, and presentations.
Customize training content based on the audience and organizational requirements.
Performance Assessment:
Evaluate participant's performance during and after training sessions.
Provide constructive feedback and recommendation.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads to identify training needs.
Partner with HR and leadership teams to implement training strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (mandatory).
Post-graduation in a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance institution.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate participants.
Proficiency in using training tools, software, and technology.
Analytical skills for performance evaluation and reporting.
Organizational and time-management skills.
