Job Description

1. Design and execute orientation programs for all employees 2. Conduct on boarding training sessions for New Hires 3. Act as a consultant to the employees for challenges they have on the job 4. Assign mentors and coaches to new team members 5. Observe how Employees and front Office with customers to identify areas of improvement 6. Determine training needs both for individuals and teams 7. Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult Customers cases (e.g. how to overcome objections) 8. Advise employees how to upsell products and services 9. Apply various training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies and group activities) 10. Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material 11. Collaborate with management to identify company training needs. 12. Schedule appropriate training sessions on various accepts as per the business requirement 13. Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures. 14. Plan and implement an effective training curriculum by visiting the centre to understand the gap for good performance and plan for training to fill the gap and improve staff skill in customer handling and work completion. 15. Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations. 16. Train and guide new employees on their hits and miss 17. Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Benefits:
