Salary : Up to ?20,000 per month

Experience : Minimum 1 year as Cabin Crew (preferably 1 year in training role)

### Job Responsibilities :

- Training Aspiring Cabin Crew : Conduct training sessions for aspiring cabin crew members, covering all essential areas such as safety procedures, emergency protocols, customer service, communication skills, grooming, and in-flight responsibilities.

- Curriculum Delivery : Follow a structured training program, ensuring all trainees gain the knowledge and skills needed to meet airline industry standards.

- Demonstration & Practical Sessions : Deliver practical demonstrations of safety drills, emergency protocols, customer handling, and flight duties to ensure trainees understand and can execute these skills in real-time scenarios.

- Customer Service Excellence : Train cabin crew members on providing exceptional customer service, handling difficult situations, and maintaining professionalism while interacting with passengers.

- Assessment & Feedback : Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations. Provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.

- Training Documentation : Maintain training records for all participants, tracking progress and areas for improvement.

- Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, safety protocols, and best practices to incorporate into training sessions.
