Job Description
:
1. The applicant should be confident enough to handle and teach a Batch of 30-35 candidates at a time.
2. The applicant needs to groom and build up the confidence of the candidates.
3. Training students as per activity planner.
4. Taking assessment and grading students as per DDUKK guidelines.
5. Understanding student's ability and customizing training content.
6. Having creativity to arrange for activities and competition to boost learning.
7. Responsible for maintaining attendance as per the guidelines.
8. Assisting the students during placements and motivating them.
Qualification Required:
Degree / Diploma in Tailoring with minimum 5 years of Work Experience.
Experience in Skill Development Trainings (preferred).
