Trainer
Job Description
• Develop high-quality, engaging technical content and lab exercises on a wide variety of applications (basic and advanced).
• Effectively/ Enthusiastically deliver equipment specific training to Field Technicians and Engineers in classroom and field settings using a variety of presentation formats including Instructor-Led, Facilitative group learning, active hands-on learning, and functional assessments.
• Knowledge of Parameters of site selection.
• Components of the Solar Energy system.
• Installation of Solar Panels, safety standards and work procedures.
• Knowledge of basic electrical wiring.
• Training students on:-
? Assessing the installation site
? Understanding the installation pre-requisites
? Arranging for Installation materials.
? Ensuring effective functioning of solar energy system after installation.
Prepare in advance for every course by taking time to review provided slides and notes in depth
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
