We are looking for someone who has experience working in the Staffing Industry as a Healthcare Trainer. : Position Overview: The Healthcare Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our team of recruiters. These programs will cover a wide range of topics related to healthcare recruitment, including industry trends, compliance standards, candidate sourcing strategies, and effective communication techniques. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials and resources tailored to the specific needs of healthcare recruitment.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to recruiters, both in-person and virtually.
- Educate recruiters on healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA, EEOC, and other relevant guidelines.
- Provide guidance on sourcing strategies for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Train recruiters on best practices for candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends in healthcare recruitment to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to recruiters to enhance their skills and knowledge in healthcare recruitment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, staffing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering training programs in a corporate or educational setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
