ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. is supporting the Government of India in its 'Skill India' agenda through its efforts towards addressing the aforementioned challenges. It has formed a bond of partnership with National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) to enhance the skills of millions of youth across the country and empower them with livelihood linked skilling programs. The organization aims to build an inclusive, enabled and skilled society by skilling youth and providing employment in identified core sectors like Apparel, Automobile, BFSI, Hospitality, Health Care, Construction, Retail, Solar, Telecom, Tourism & Hospitality and Beauty & Wellness to name a few.

Major Deliverables

Following the predefined session plan while delivering training to the identified youth

1. Develop skills and knowledge on the identified subjects based on the curriculum that is designed

2. Prepare learners to face interviews confidently

3. Conduct concurrent assessments as per the plan to continue to measure the progress of the students

4. Maintain data with respect to training and related activities.

5. Participate in center activities (such as organizing Parents meet, doing retention follow up, collecting training feedback etc.) along with the other staff members to make the center successful.

Educational Qualification : Diploma , B,tech , Bachelor's Degree( Computers ) , MBA ,MCA .
