Job Description

New Hire Training (NHT)

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for all new hires, covering CRM, sales pitch, and process guidelines.
• Develop and deliver structured training modules to ensure agents are prepared for their roles.

Process Knowledge

• Train new hires on site visit scheduling, lead follow-up processes, and appointment confirmations.
• Ensure clarity on product offerings and service workflows to maximize productivity.

Quality Assurance

• Instill high standards of quality in agent interactions and adherence to process protocols.

Agent Development

• Evaluate trainee performance during the training period through assessments and role-plays.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve areas of weakness.

Motivation and Engagement

• Keep new hires motivated and engaged throughout the training program.
• Foster a collaborative environment to encourage learning and team bonding.

Tracking and Reporting

• Maintain detailed training records and performance reports for trainees.
• Share feedback and insights with stakeholders on trainee progress and readiness.

Post-Training Support

• Offer post-training support for agents during their initial floor days to ease the transition and ensure consistent performance.

Competencies RequiredExperience in Training

• Prior experience as a trainer in telesales, preferably in real estate or a related field.

Communication Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective training sessions.

Presentation Skills

• Ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations during training sessions.

Organizational Skills

• Efficiently manage training schedules, materials, and documentation.

Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other tools for training documentation and reporting.

Analytical Skills

• Evaluate training effectiveness through measurable metrics and suggest improvements.

Leadership

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor new hires, guiding them to achieve success in their roles.

Work Schedule
