Description:Process Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs that enhance employees understanding and execution of processes within the organization. This role involves creating training materials, conducting sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and ensuring that employees are equipped to perform their roles efficiently and effectively.Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in training
• Proficiency in using language teaching tools and technology.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training programs.
• Leading group discussions and interactive activities to encourage participants to practice their communication skills in a supportive environment.
• Conducting workshops, seminars, and individual coaching sessions aimed at imparting effective communication strategies.
• Creating instructional resources, encompassing presentations, handouts, and activities,customized to enhance a spectrum of communication proficiencies, specifically covering writing skills.
