Job Description
:
As a General Duty Assistant Trainer , you will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical training sessions to aspiring healthcare assistants. The role focuses on developing students' skills in providing basic healthcare services, personal care, and support in healthcare settings.
Location- Muzaffarpur, West Champaran, Patna
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct classroom and practical sessions for GDA trainees.
• Prepare and update training materials, modules, and lesson plans.
• Teach students patient care techniques, hygiene, mobility assistance, and safety procedures.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to training schedules and completion of syllabus.
• Maintain a positive and interactive learning environment.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and practices.
• Organize internships and hands-on training opportunities in collaboration with healthcare facilities.
Requirements:
• Required Candidate profile
• Good Communication Skill.
• Diploma in GNM or B.sc in Nursing is preferred,
• Immediate Joiner preferred
