Job Description


A Financial Products Trainer is responsible for overall management of technical training in the organization viz. Identifying needs of training, developing content for the training & delivery of the training. programs specifically focused on financial products and services. This role involves assessing the training needs of sales professionals within the organization, creating tailored training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the impact of the training programs. The primary objective is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and sales techniques of the financial sales team, enabling them to effectively promote and sell financial products to clients. Trainer can identify sources who can help in building the content as well as help in delivering the content available. Key Responsibilities: 1) Financial Products Expertise: \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain in-depth knowledge of various financial products and services, including but not limited to investment products - Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, FD\xe2\x80\x99s etc, insurance products and wealth management solutions as well. \xe2\x97\x8f Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends in the financial sector. 2) Training Program Development / Content Preparation: \xe2\x97\x8f Assess the specific training needs of financial sales persons based on their knowledge, market demands, product updates, and industry changes. \xe2\x97\x8f Develop comprehensive need based training programs tailored towards the requirement of the organisation. \xe2\x97\x8f Create engaging and informative training materials, presentations, case studies, and simulations. \xe2\x97\x8f Developing content from time to time required to upgrade the skills of employees in terms of technical knowledge. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify outsourcing of vendors who can create relevant / quality content as per need of organisation. 3) Training Delivery: \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct training sessions for financial sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance guidelines, and client relationship management. \xe2\x97\x8f Utilize interactive training methods, such as workshops, role-playing scenarios, and real-life case studies, to enhance learning and retention. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide individual coaching and feedback to sales representatives to improve their product understanding and selling skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify good quality trainers who can deliver training on the technical front, if required. 4) Performance Evaluation and Feedback: \xe2\x97\x8f Assess the effectiveness of training programs by evaluating sales team performance, client feedback, and sales metrics. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives and adjust training programs based on performance outcomes and market feedback. 5) Professional Development: \xe2\x97\x8f Stay informed about emerging financial products, investment strategies, and market trends. \xe2\x97\x8f Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions to continuously enhance personal knowledge and training techniques. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 1,200,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per year Benefits:
