Job Title: Data Scientist TrainerLocation: Ahmedabad (On-site)Shift: 7 PM to 4 AM (Night Shifts)Benefits: 5 days working, monthly incentive bonus, and competitive salaryWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Data Scientist Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in data science, strong communication skills, and a passion for training and mentoring others. This position requires the ability to work from our office in Ahmedabad and the readiness to relocate if necessary.Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on data science concepts and tools.
• Mentor and guide trainees to build their skills in data science and related technologies.
• Create training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and hands-on exercises.
• Assess trainees\' progress through evaluations, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into the training curriculum.
• Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve training programs.
• Provide support and guidance to trainees during their learning journey.

• Data Science: Proficiency in data science concepts, including statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
• Programming Languages: Experience with programming languages such as Python and R.
• Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with data science tools and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems.
• Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or Tableau.
• Machine Learning: Practical experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Proven experience in training or mentoring individuals in a technical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ready to relocate to Ahmedabad and work from the office.
