The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in data engineering, strong communication skills, and a passion for training and mentoring others. This position requires the ability to work from our office in Ahmedabad and the readiness to relocate if necessary.Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on data engineering concepts and tools.
• Mentor and guide trainees to build their skills in data engineering and related technologies.
• Create training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and hands-on exercises.
• Assess trainees\' progress through evaluations, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into the training curriculum.
• Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve training programs.
• Provide support and guidance to trainees during their learning journey.

• Data Engineering: Proficiency in data engineering concepts, including data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
• Programming Languages: Experience with programming languages such as Python, and R.
• Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with tools and technologies like Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of relational SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Data Integration: Experience with data integration tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica).

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in training or mentoring individuals in a technical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ready to relocate to Ahmedabad and work from the office.
