• Strong understanding of community dynamics and experience working with marginalized groups.
• Proven track record in placing beneficiaries into jobs or livelihood opportunities.

Job Title: Executive - MIS, Admin cum Counsellor

• Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MIS management, administration, and counseling, preferably in an NGO or social sector.
• Strong understanding of data management, report generation, and the use of MIS tools.
• Proven experience in counseling and providing emotional and professional guidance to beneficiaries.
• Job Title: Trainer - Full Stack Java

• Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and front-end technologies.
• Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or working in a learning and development role is preferred.

Job Title: Trainer - ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services)

• Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the ITES sector, including roles in BPO, KPO, or customer service.
• Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or in a learning and development role is advantageous.
