Job Title: Trainer - Accounts Assistant
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Accounts Assistant Trainer to deliver quality training programs, impart practical knowledge, and enhance the skills of trainees in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial management, and tax compliance.
• Deliver training on tools like Tally, MS Excel, and other relevant accounting software.
• Ensure learners understand fundamental accounting concepts and their application in day-to-day business operations.
Curriculum Design and Development:
• Develop lesson plans and training content aligned with industry standards and qualification packs (QPs) of the concerned sector skill council.
• Incorporate case studies, real-world scenarios, and interactive activities to enhance learning outcomes.
Assessments and Feedback:
• Prepare assessment tools to evaluate trainees' knowledge and skills.
• Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve and achieve desired competencies.
Industry Standards and Compliance:
• Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations, tools, and technologies.
• Align training programs with government norms and skill council guidelines.
Mentorship and Guidance:
• Offer career guidance and mentorship to trainees, helping them prepare for roles as Accounts Assistants in various industries.
• Conduct soft skills sessions, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress.
• Submit reports to the management and adhere to compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter).
• Certification in Tally ERP/Prime or equivalent accounting software is a must.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance requirements.
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or similar.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
Teaching and Communication Skills:
• Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simplified manner.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experience:
• 5+ years of industry experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Prior experience in training or teaching is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
• Leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Other Requirements:
Availability to travel, if required, to different training centers.
