Duration:Full Time
Shift:Night Shift-7:30 PM to 4:30 AMWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our team as a US IT Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in IT recruitment and possess strong communication skills.Qualifications:

• Engineering/Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree (preferably in Computer Science or related field)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process for US-based IT positions
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers
• Support the team with various administrative tasks related to recruitment

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of IT technologies and job roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
