As a Trainee US IT Recruiter, you will be working in night shifts to recruit candidates for IT roles in the US. This role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates through various platforms while learning recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates for US IT job openings using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
• Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed of job opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and job market trends.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
• Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working during night shifts to align with US business hours.
• No prior experience in recruitment required; training will be provided.

Educational Qualification: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related technology field.
