Involving in the recruitment process and interview arrangement
Handling documentation of employees and candidates
Collecting and updating the database with new hire information
Creating content for social media for hiring such as posters and videos
Learning to source, screen, and interview suitable candidates
Undertaking ad hoc duties as required by supervisors
What is required:
Candidates must be pursuing/ undergoing at least a Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology Human Resources, Business Management, or any related courses.
Candidates need to be active university students
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requires ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills.
Good communication in English
Able to travel and work in Subang Jaya/Shah Alam (office is connected to LRT/KTM)
