Trainee Supervisor / Labour Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision of Contract Labour:
• Oversee daily activities of contract labourers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
• Allocate work assignments based on project needs and individual skills.
• Timekeeping and Attendance:
• Maintain accurate records of labour hours and attendance for all contract workers.
• Implement timekeeping systems and procedures to monitor productivity and punctuality.
• Leave Management:
• Manage requests for leave, ensuring adequate coverage for all positions.
• Track and document leave balances and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Safety Compliance:
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions and meetings to promote awareness.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Evaluate work performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Address performance issues promptly, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communication:
• Serve as the main liaison between contract labour and management.
• Clearly communicate project updates, expectations, and any changes to work schedules.
• Conflict Resolution:
• Address and resolve any conflicts or concerns among labourers or between labourers and management.
• Promote a positive and cooperative team environment.
Education - MA, MCOM, MSC (Freshers can also apply) & MSW , Diploma in labour law (Freshers can also apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
