We Spherule Foundation (NGO) are immediately looking for a Trainer Social Worker who can conduct training programs. Our main focus location around Nawashahar, Punjab

Preferred Education - MSW

Campaign shall include following cornerstones:

a) Myth-Busting Workshops: In the Myth-Busting Workshops, following activities shall be conducted:

i) Conduct interactive workshops dispelling myths about infertility.

ii) Engage community members through storytelling, expert talks and Question- Answer sessions.

iii) Tailor awareness materials and sessions to be culturally sensitive and inclusive. iv) Address cultural taboos and myths surrounding fertility treatments.

v) Promote awareness about adoption and foster care as ethical and fulfilling alternatives.

vi) Share success stories, infographics and engaging content to reach a wider audience.

vii) Screen Audio visual content, videos, documentaries.

viii) Raise awareness about the rights and responsibilities of both surrogate mothers and commissioning parents.

ix) Provide information on how individuals can verify the credentials and accreditation status of ART clinics.

x) Encourage community members to report any unethical practices to relevant authorities.

xi) Disseminate information about the services offered, success rates of ART Clinics.

b) Expert Sessions (Collaborations with Healthcare Providers): Spherule will arrange the Expert sessions at different locations/ destinations, as defined hereunder, for the awareness of public at large. Vide this activity Spherule will ensure to:

i) Explore possibilities to partner with local healthcare facilities to offer free or subsidized fertility screenings.

ii) Arrange sessions with fertility specialists for informative talks and counseling.

c) Community Engagement: For the success of Campaign and to achieve the desired results, the parties will jointly make the effort to promote the Campaign. For the awareness of general public Spherule, with association of Company, will:

i) Distribute educational materials under UMMID Campaign in local languages addressing infertility causes, treatments, and prevention, in collaboration with local community leaders.

ii) Conduct awareness workshops with the participation of community members.

iii) Encourage participants to share their stories and experiences.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
