• Recruiting technicians for a tissue culture laboratory requires careful consideration of specific skills, qualifications, and attributes. Below are key requirements to look for during the selection process:
• Educational Qualifications

A minimum of a degree ( MSc/BSc) in biotechnology, microbiology, Agriculture, Horticulture, Botony or a related field.Specialized course or certifications in tissue culture techniques or in Plant Nursery would be an advantage.

• Technical Skills

Required Training will be given at the facility to perform their duties effectively and efficiently as per the specific requirements.

• Work Experience

Freshers with or without work experience. Training will be given at the facility to achieve desired work outcomes from them. Internships or academic projects in tissue culture/horticulture/Plant nurseries can also be considered for entry-level candidates.

• Personal Attributes

We would be seeing in them;Attention to detail and precision in work.Good organizational skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).Patience and commitment, as tissue culture work often involves repetitive tasks.

• Teamwork and Communication
