We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Supply Chain Management (or) Customer Support to join our dynamic team as part of our fresher hiring program. In this entry-level role, you will gain hands-on experience in the fundamentals of supply chain management, Customer Service Skills, and communication with cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their career in supply chain management (or) Customer Support with training and support from experienced professionals.

Requirements:

? Recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

? Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Flexibility to work night shifts (any 9-hour shift between 5:30 PM IST and 7:30 AM IST).

? Willingness to work from the office and learn in a hands-on environment.

? Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
