The Trainee Recruiter is an entry-level position designed to provide exposure to all aspects of the recruitment process. This role will assist the recruitment team with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews, as well as supporting administrative tasks related to recruitment activities. The Trainee Recruiter will gain valuable experience in talent acquisition while contributing to the successful execution of recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various roles within the company.
• Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
• Help maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Learn recruitment best practices and assist in executing recruitment strategies.
• Provide administrative support for all recruitment-related activities.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening
• KPI: Source candidates that meet 90% of the required qualifications for assigned roles.
• KPI: Achieve 85% satisfaction from hiring managers on the quality of candidate screenings.
• KPI: Assist in reducing time-to-hire for entry-level roles by 10%.
2. Recruitment Coordination
• KPI: Ensure 100% accuracy in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• KPI: Maintain 100% accuracy in updating and managing candidate records.
• KPI: Achieve 90% satisfaction from recruitment team for overall support provided.
3. Learning and Development
• KPI: Complete all assigned tasks with a 95% success rate within deadlines.
• KPI: Demonstrate a 10% improvement in task completion efficiency within six months.
• KPI: Successfully attend and complete training programs in recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, BBA/B. Com or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
