: Quality Incharge

Company : ACT Plast Paints Pvt. Ltd.
Location : No.330/1C2, Block A/2, Shakthi Industrial Park, Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway, Penukonda, Sri Satya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh - 515 110.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain quality standards as per company specifications.
• Prepare and analyze quality reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other industry-specific certifications.
• Train and guide production teams on quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage non-conformity reports and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and maintain documentation related to quality processes and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA, etc.).
• Proficiency in ISO standards and certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and quality management software.
