Job Description
Trainee - Production Technician [Packaging]Basic FunctionThis role is responsible for verifying the product quality, quantity and packaging the finished goods as per the defined standards.Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow Health, Safety and Environment regulation and rules in daily operations, achieve \'Goal Zero\' target.
- Ensure safety of contractual coworker working with required Personal Protective Equipment [PPE].
- Verify and ensure labelling, stitching and packaging of finished goods [compounded plastic granules].
- Recording to verify each and every finished bag in terms of cross contamination, stitching, right identification and stacking of finished goods bags.
- Recording of unpack, sieved and startup scrap for each and every process order and inform to Extrusion Line Operator.
- Support to manage the day-to-day production line operations as per the process order, including line start up, grade changeovers, dryer unloading etc.,
- Maintain housekeeping near the production machine area.
