- CCNA certification is must.
- Good understating of hardware, networking and TCP/IP , OSI models concepts.
- Good knowledge of basic level of Cisco devices [ switches, routers]
- Must have hand on working experience in VLANs, Static and dynamic routing.
- Good understanding of routing protocols.
- Backup, restore, and upgrade the Cisco devices.
- Would be plus to have OS knowledge like Microsoft or Linux knowledge.
- Must have good written and communication skill.
- Good skill set of documentation and layout creation.
- Willing to work to support IT operation 24X7 bases.
