Job description Trainee Medical Representative Requirements: - Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Science, B Pharma or Bachelor in Pharmacy is the most preferred qualification. Selling the company\'s medications to doctors, pharmacists, Hospitals/Dispensary and other relevant healthcare professionals. Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, Hospitals/Dispensary and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications. Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications. Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases. Following up on leads generated by the company. Preparing Detailing presentations for Doctors/Pharmacist/potential customers. Researching competitor\xe2\x80\x99s medications and their respective market performances. Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company\'s business strategies. Skills and Competencies: Representatives must be a graduate, a very important quality a medical companies seek in candidates is strong ethics and vital to keep data and information secured. Strong communication are the key link between companies and customers and hence it is very important that the representative is able to effective communicate about the superiority and benefit of product and brand to doctors and other medical staff. Good interpersonal skills - Being able to establish contact, build trust and grow network is an important part of the job. Employers look for candidates with good interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of product - The candidate must not only have a basic understanding of products and industry, but should also be able to learn about new products and technology quickly.
