About the role: The Junior Project Manager will support senior project management staff with the organization and execution of projects. This entry-level role is designed for freshers who are passionate about building a career in project management. Responsibilities:
Assist in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Participate in project planning and scheduling activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and report any issues to senior management.
Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, such as reports and presentations.
Support the project team in resource allocation and budget management.
Engage in continuous learning activities to enhance project management skills
Requirements
Bachelor\'s / master\'s degree in business administration with Engineering, or related field (2023 & 2024 pass out only).
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
Very good analytical skills.
