Key Requirements

Drafting and vetting agreements, MOU's, LOA's, etc. for broadcast deals, film/program production, department related contracts, etc.

Legal research

Keeping a tab on latest legal and industry developments and updating the Company on the same

Contract Management and legal data extraction

Liasoning inter and intra department and with external counterparts, counsels, etc.

Reviewing/protecting the Trademark of the Company

Due diligence

MIB & TRAI related renewals, correspondence, etc

Qualifications Required

LLB/LLM candidates preferred

Internship experience in Media Indusrty will be a go to quality

Strong analytical and interpretation skills

Good knowledge of MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
