: Trainee - International Voice Process (MCom / BCom Freshers)

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic MCom and BCom Freshers with excellent communication skills in English to join our International Voice Process team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about working in a customer-centric role and have an interest in building a career in the international voice industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain call quality and follow the company's process and guidelines.
• Support the team in achieving business goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Freshers with a background in MCom or BCom .
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (Fluency and clarity are essential).
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
• Willingness to work in a 6:30 PM evening shift .
• Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate through systems efficiently.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the international voice process industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience or internship in customer service or voice process roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of international cultures and the ability to work with clients across different time zones is beneficial.
