Job Description

• We're seeking a trainee Implementation Consultants to join our team and help our clients implement and optimize PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and EAP (Enterprise Agile Planning) Projects for their unique needs.

Location: Tamil Nadu (Preferably Chennai)

Responsibilities:

As a trainee implementation consultant, you will go on 3-month training to equip with the essential skills and knowledge. You will be trained on OnePlan, Project Online, Altus and Zoho tools.

• Consult with clients to understand their project management processes, identify pain points, and recommend PPM and EAP solutions.
• Configure and customize to meet specific client requirements, including setting up tasks, workflows, permissions, rules, and integrations.
• Develop custom modules, reports, and dashboards to enhance functionality and provide valuable insights for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during and after the implementation process.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of project configurations and client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and support to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Basic understanding of project management & agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in BE/ B. Tech with good computer skills
• Diploma in Engineering with good software and communication skills are also welcome to apply
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge on Power BI, Power Apps, JSON, SQL, Business Analytics are an added advantage.
• Ability to self-organise, work independently and in team environments.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
