We need Engineer Trainee who can support the production shift In charge.

• End-to-end Production Planning: Develop comprehensive production plans from the greige stage to the finished garment. Ensure seamless coordination between all stages of production.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Create schedules for each production stage to meet delivery deadlines.Coordinate with various departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.Implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and optimize stock levels.
• Quality Control: Establish and maintain high-quality standards at every production stage.

Implement quality assurance measures to detect and address issues promptly.

• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate production processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement improvements to streamline operations and reduce lead times.

• Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize productivity.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators to track production progress and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from planned targets.

Education: CIPET or Diploma mechanical (preferred) or ITI
