Job Description

We are looking for suitable candidates with a B.E in Mechanical engineering or Naval Architecture with knowledge in Autocad Fresher or someone with 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing & Quality will be acceptable.

English speaking.

The engineer will be hired as trainee and will moved around the manufacturing facility for understanding various aspects of manufacturing, quality and procurement along with documentation & troubleshooting.

3. To ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality, according to planned protocols using the appropriate technology.

4. Labour Handling.

5. Evaluates the condition of production equipment Compiles and analyses production records

6. Determine the quality of goods before shipping.

7. Ensure that health and safety laws are followed

• Use statistical methods, standardized work instructions, error-proofing, FMEA's, control plans and traceability systems to improve the products manufacturing operation.
• Monitor the process capabilities of the company processes and those of our suppliers.
• Work with production personnel to improve the quality of their operations to ensure the company products conform to specifications of the clients as per Classification Societies such as IRS/RINA/ABS.
• Developing and implementing quality standards.
• Developing and implementing quality control systems.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with directors to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
