Monitoring Day to Day Maintenance & Service Complaints.

Create Maintenance Plan Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Basis.

Keeping Status Update for Maintenance, PMC & AMC.

Working on CAPA.

Dealing with Client Issues with the help of CRM Team.

Working on Breakdown Analysis.

Monitoring On Timely Machine PMC, AMC and Repair.

Working on Reduce Breakdown Time.

Working on Improving Plan Maintenance.

Case study for Various Repeated Problems.

Gives Training to Service employees.

Monitoring Plan and Status of All Service Engineers.

Follow up all type of Manufacturing material required during Warranty, Breakdown and AMC.

Site material courier follow up.

Site required material PR preparation, PR material follow up and Record keeping.

Support / Guides for Machine complaint or breakdown attention.

Coordination with customers for attending breakdown, Warranty & AMC related work and letters.

Preparation and Handling ISO Audit as a Lead auditor of ISO 450001 2018.

Monitoring and Controlling Work Safety as a Safety core committee member.

Preparation and Handling EN Audit as a Lead Auditor of RAMS EN 50126.

Problem solving abilities & analytic thinking.

Travel extensively in the region and resolve maintenance related problem if require.

Will be responsible to close the customer complaint on war footing base in coordination with the team.

Responsibility for taking monthly & quarterly preventive maintenance letter from customers.

To provide prompt service to Railways customer by coordinating with service team and Service HOD Pune with the proper communication.

Coordinate with Design, Production, Marketing and other department for execution of M & P contracts and procure their completion certificates from the customer.

Willing to travel extensively.

Having Basic Knowledge of CNC Machines.

Having Basic Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Work.

Should be Team Player.
