Provide deliverables/reports (dashboard, data analysis via excels or relevant tool, data visualisation, slide deck, alerts, repot refresh, etc.) as per agreed timelines and quality
Ability to work cross-functionally, gather requirements, analyse data, and generate insights and reports that can be used by the GBU
Refresh existing reports and identifies improvement opportunities in reporting and BI tools, and as needed structure / functionality with the latest insights as they become available
Create dashboards to synthesize and visualize key information and enable business decisions
Works to develop analytics and reporting capabilities
Collaborates with teams to enhance data access across various sources, develop tools, technology, and process to constantly improve quality and productivity
Provide monitoring reports, verification reports as per agreed timelines and quality
Data Quality assessment: Identify abnormalities in the data monitored and develop report as per regulatory requirements
Support competitive insights and intelligence via workshops, including development of briefing material, gap analysis, SWOT, scenario planning, data analysis, tool development etc.
Leverage a wealth of in-house secondary resources (databases and datasets) to develop a comprehensive, synthesized narrative for key competitive topics and analysis for the questions asked on an ad-hoc or regular basis
Development and refinement of key in-house reports, incllding CI resources such as clinical trial trackers, clinical data comparisons, internal portals, alerts, etc.

Help to build up a continuous development pipeline.
Educate and enable the business users to use data visualization tools.
Support in monitoring, gathering, processing, and analysing data (key-players, newcomers, and emerging technologies and trends, etc.) that is relevant for a GBU and preparing in the information into insight generation
Support delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, coordination, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards for deliveries
Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards
Refresh report on frequency/cycle basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually), along with QC checks for each refresh
Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all analytics and dashboard requirements
Ensure data quality and consistency is maintained throughout the lifecycle of tracker/dashboard
Pro-actively identifying analytical requirements
Assist in managing plans in project management system
Reporting and follow ups on Project Management activities, project resources, budget, and timelines
Understanding analytical requirement of all relevant stakeholders and develop solution accordingly
Continuously exploring the new features and add on, assess different tools to improve the overall performance in a cost-effective way
Managing access for Smartsheet trackers and Dashboard
Developing SOPs for dashboards and other analytical needs elements (hotspots, links, etc.)

Work closely with teams in regions/areas to identify reporting need, and assist in developing assigned deliverables

About you
Experience: Up to 1 years\' experience with analytical tools such as (MS Office Suites, SQL, Phyton, R, Power BI, etc.).
Soft skills: Strong learning agility; Ability to manage ambiguous environments, and to adapt to changing needs of the business; Good interpersonal and communication skills; strong presentation skills a must; Team player who is curious, dynamic, result oriented and can work collaboratively; Ability to think strategically in an ambiguous environment; Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment, with ability to work across time zones; Demonstrated leadership and management in driving innovation and automation leveraging advanced statistical and analytical techniques
Technical skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools or programs such as MS Excel, SQL, and/or Python/R/VBA.

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Knowledge of database querying languages such as SQL, Alteryx.
Ability to clean, manipulate, and analyse data sets.
