We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Email Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for an MBA graduate with a passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in email marketing campaigns. The role will involve the operational execution & reporting of our outbound marketing activities. This will include planning, executing, optimizing, analyzing and dashboard reporting on email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences, drive conversions, and contribute to the company's overall marketing objectives.
Job Location - Pune Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in the development, planning, and execution of email marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (e.g., open rates, click rates, conversions) using tools like Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho CRM, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the performance of email marketing campaigns and suggest areas for improvement.
• Segmentation and Targeting: Develop email lists through research and segmentation to ensure the right message reaches the right audience, maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
• Content Coordination: Work closely with the business sponsors and Sales teams to ensure email content is engaging, relevant, and aligned to the guidelines.
• A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance, including subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action.
• Automation Setup: Assist in setting up and managing automated email marketing workflows to nurture leads, including drip campaigns and triggered emails.
• Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant legal, privacy, and anti-spam regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, practice, and services teams to ensure email messaging aligns with broader business strategies.
### Requirements
• MBA Graduate with a focus on Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and research skills - able to work under own initiative to find, segment and target prospective clients.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and email campaign management.
• Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Zoho, or similar platforms) is a plus but not essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
