Ltd. is currently looking for a Trainee working in Business Navigation Finance Administration (BNFA), Supply Area South Asia.Key deliverables (What you\'ll be doing day to day)

• Support BNFA team with tasks related to accounts, payables, documentation and admin
• Learning, developing and supporting within the BNFA team
• Handling documentation: invoices, contracts, delivery notes, any other requests
• Support in daily activities: maintaining of pre-booking system
• Different tasks in monthly closing
• Everyday communication with other colleagues from the organization, in connection to accounting requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate with Finance background
• Analytical approach with good communicational skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Willing to learn and upgrade their knowledge

• On third-party payroll
• Expected period: 1 year, starting from 19 August 2024 (possibility to extend)
• Time invested: Full time, Monday - Friday
• Working Location: Nagasandra, Bengaluru, India
