  • Understand complex issues and review large amounts of data to identify the appropriate action/ solution.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams across MDM within and outside of base location to perform core day to day activities as well as identifying, understanding, and communicating, issues or challenges which may occur and where possible recommending actions to manage or resolve
  • Take responsibility for identifying, understanding, and communicating product development opportunities and associated business outcomes
  • Build business cases and develop Terms of References / Business Requirement document as applicable and procure approvals from the relevant Project Managers & Sponsors.
  • Execute the assigned projects / analysis as per the agreed timelines and with accuracy and quality.
  • Facilitate and manage regular meetings with senior managers, key stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery partners such as remediation teams.
  • Responsible for publishing regular updates on the projects and develop effective business MIs.
  • The individual will also continuously reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices and the impact of new technology.
  • Drive and support data quality projects / initiatives and/ or statistical analysis within MDM.
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Understanding of the financial industry gained through experience or training courses
  • Understanding data lineage, profiling & data quality measurement
  • Advanced SQL, and SQL programming knowledge
  • Knowledge on ETL Process
  • Knowledge and experience on GCP Coding Tools - e.g., Big Query
  • Knowledge and experience on Python, Jupyter Notebook/Spyder/Pandas/Numpy/PySpark/ Scala is required
  • Knowledge on Data Visualization tools - e.g., Qliksense
  • Requirement Gathering and BRD creation
  • High Proficiency in MS Excel.
