• Curriculum Development and Implementation:
• Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students.
• Child Development:
• Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child.
• Provide individual and group instruction tailored to the needs and abilities of the children.
• Encourage the development of social skills, independence, and a love for learning.
• Parental Engagement:
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide reports on children's developmental milestones.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom.
• Follow school policies and procedures for emergencies and safety protocols.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends, techniques, and resources in early childhood education.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, aides, and school staff to plan and coordinate activities.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and contribute to a positive school culture.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, development, and any incidents.
• Prepare and organize materials and resources for classroom activities.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification in early childhood education (if required by the region or country).
• Experience:
• Previous experience teaching pre-primary or early childhood education is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Working Conditions:

• This position typically involves working in a classroom setting.
• Requires physical stamina to engage actively with young children, including activities that involve sitting on the floor, standing, and moving around.

Evaluation:
