• As an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant, your role involves analyzing clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and business processes related to Oracle Fusion SCM. Here are some typical responsibilities for this position:
• Business Solution Development: You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with clients to understand their requirements and propose effective solutions within the Oracle Fusion SCM framework.
• Consulting and Impact Analysis: Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and testing applications based on business needs. You\xe2\x80\x99ll consult with clients, handle incremental setup, and perform impact analysis.
• Integration and Localization Solutions: As the primary point of contact and subject matter expert, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for integrating various payroll systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and external vendors, is essential.
• Independent Execution: Accomplishing standard assignments independently, exercising your knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM, is part of your role.
• SCM Modules include \xe2\x80\x93 Demand Management, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning and Supply Chain Collaboration

Minimum Qualifications: * Functional Training in Oracle SCM

• MBA or Postgraduate Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Passed in 2023 or 2024
• Training Certificate is Mandatory
• Excellent Communication Skills
