(NGCB), an emerging financial brokerage company based in the UAE, in providing competitive tools and technologically driven platforms that can capture the opportunities in the global capital markets. We are expanding this support team and searching for a Senior Manager with excellent skills in digital banking platforms and trading brokerage who can fit into our quality focused and driven organization. Position Overview We seek a results-oriented Senior Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience in trading brokerage platforms and a deep understanding of digital banking technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the optimisation of our trading platform and collaborating with our digital banking team to enhance our digital banking offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial technology and a passion for driving innovation in the digital banking and trading sectors. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the trading industry, with a focus on trading brokerage platforms and a strong background in digital banking technologies. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising trading platforms, preferably in a senior leadership role, and experience in digital banking platform integration. Solid understanding of financial markets, trading algorithms, and digital banking solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated history of mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to trading platforms and digital banking services. Responsibilities Platform Optimization: Lead efforts to optimise our trading brokerage platforms, ensuring seamless and efficient trading experiences for our clients. Digital Banking Integration: Collaborate with the digital banking team to integrate trading functionalities into our digital banking platforms, creating a unified and user-friendly experience for our customers. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance platform functionalities, user interfaces, and trading algorithms, aligning them with digital banking initiatives. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of platform developers and analysts. Technology Integration: Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in both trading and digital banking platforms, ensuring seamless integration of new features and tools Compliance and Security: Ensure that the trading and digital banking platforms comply with industry regulations and security standards, implementing necessary protocols to safeguard client data and transactions. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and market insights to optimise trading algorithms, improve platform efficiency, and enhance decision-making processes for trading and digital banking services. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of both trading and digital banking platforms, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and IT, to align platform enhancements with overall business objectives.
