• Be part of the IB Trading Agreements team built out in UBS India BSC - supporting the Global Investment Banking business.
• Service requests to create agreement entries on the agreement storage platform
• Service data enrichment requests of agreements on the agreement storage platform
• Support the management of queries from internal and external clients.
• Act as the first point-of-contact for queries / requests outside of BAU activities managed by the production teams.
• Independent sample-based testing of the performance of key controls (4-eye checks; timely SOP updates / sign-offs etc.).
• Execute KPCi testing in accordance to the pre-defined frequencies. Review and update KPCi test descriptions.
• Challenge operating procedures to ensure all processes and controls implemented are accurately documented.
• Foster relationships with our internal business partners to meet common objectives and key results.
• Timely escalation to management of any process gaps or control weaknesses identified through your day-to-day oversight of the production environment.
• Continuously challenge the effectiveness and efficiency of the operating environment. Help us in our relentless pursuit to deliver services to our clients on time, every time.

You will be working closely with senior stakeholders across the IB, including client onboarding, risk & control functions, client documentation, credit risk, other operation functions as well as our partners in technology and the data management office.Your expertiseYou have:- Demonstrated understanding of 3 lines of defense in operational risk and demonstrated risk awareness in previous roles.
- Proven ability to meeting deadlines on business deliverables.
- Data orientated, risk focused and governance expertise applied in the financial service sector (at least 3yrs of experience).
- Proven experience in building partnerships with stakeholders to influence change.
- Performed production with min. 3 years of experience in a banking operations environment where data quality is critical to the success of the business and client outcomes.
- Capability of using metrics to manage the day-to-day activities performed by processing teams.You are:
