Ensuring all client transactions are managed end to end and completed within agreed SLA.
Candidate should have the ability to analyze information and possess strong decision-making capability.
Knowledge of Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits; UCP 600, International Standby Practices: ISP98 & Guide to ICC Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees URDG 758, Boycott regulations, Office of Foreign Assets Control compliance is preferred.
Ability to analyze the processes and identify improvement areas, suggest action plan to improve the efficiency and turnaround time.
Ensure NIL errors/incidents.
Solution oriented, manage crisis situations through proper escalation matrix.
Support a wide range of stakeholders (Product, sales, client service, partner site and Tech support)
Build effective relationships with management and internal stakeholders, also should have ability to influence them where necessary.
Possess leadership qualities to drive the department focus areas on a regular basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
10-12 years of experience in a Financial Services industry and business knowledge on Trade products is preferred
Experience of working with various stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and capable of developing strong story boards to support senior management update
Exceptional organizational skills, be able to prioritize demands/tasks based on priority level
Strong analytical ability with experience in analyzing and synthesizing large data sets
Strong level of proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project),
To maintain Strong Risk environment.
