Job Role:
xc2xa7 Acquire quality Current Accounts Customers who are dealing in International Trade.
xc2xa7 Identify target markets and Segments
xc2xa7 Ensure to follow all compliance and KYC norms while acquiring
xc2xa7 Ensure that the customer is guided regarding rates and charges.
xc2xa7 Commission and Rates to be fixed in the system.
xc2xa7 Activate the first trade transaction.
xc2xa7 Explore the potential of various trade and FES products like Forward Contracts, LC/BG/BC , Travel cards , etc.
xc2xa7 Ensure that clients keep high CA AMB values in the accounts opened.
xc2xa7 Generation of Asset leads.
xc2xa7 Smooth handover of the customer to the Branch operations team
xc2xa7 To educate customers regarding Cut off times and follow the SLA's
xc2xa7 Maintain a low cost of acquisition by acquiring bigger value of accounts
xc2xa7 To achieve Business / Income targets
xc2xa7 To have full knowledge of competitor's activities and report those to ASMs
xc2xa7 To coordinate and ensure service delivery happens as per SLAs and TATs
xc2xa7 Acquisition and retention of new customer across all the segments.
xc2xa7 Keep updated about AML/KYC/RBI guidelines and ensure growth is achieved by complying with all regulatory guidelines.
xc2xa7 Retention of existing customers base
xc2xa7 Handling customer complaints and escalate the complaints to competent authorities for resolutions.
xc2xa7 Ensure all required documents for the agent empanelment including KYC as per bank's policy are in place for smooth business relationship.
xc2xa7 Deliverance of the required sales pitch for the respective product.
xc2xa7 Timely submission of required reports.
xc2xa7 Execute promotional activities conveyed by ASM/RSM
xc2xa7 Planning and organizing various promotional activities Regularly updates RSM on the current market practices / business strategies by the competitors.
Job Requirement:
xc2xb7 Graduate, PG preferable
xc2xb7 1 to 3 years of Trade Fx and FES preferably in Banking Industry.
xc2xb7 Excellent Domain knowledge.
xc2xb7 Exhaustive knowledge of Trade and FES products .
xc2xb7 Excellent sales skills.
xc2xb7 Excellent knowledge of client behaviour & engagement in each product / geographic segments
xc2xb7 High energy levels and enthusiasm, should have winning attitudes
xc2xb7 Out of box thinker and creative problem solver.
xc2xb7 Good listener and should possess excellent communication skills.
xc2xb7 Excellent negotiator and smart worker
xc2xb7 Result-oriented especially in achieving given NTBs and sales targets.
xc2xb7 Good oral and written communication
xc2xb7 Should be good in strategizing, aggressive but compliance oriented
