Job Description


:

  • Responsible for achieving assigned targets of TFX potential accounts, Trade activation, TFX income, TFX Assets through team.
  • Work closely with Branch Banking teams for new customer addition, and also drive new acquisition from Customer referrals
  • Grooming the team by taking regular trainings, feedback sessions, motivational sessions, and developing their selling skills.
  • Making regular clients meetings with TRMs, Guiding the team regularly on business segments, potential business areas for souring Trade & Forex Potential accounts.
  • Ensuring 100% manpower by doing regular recruitments & controlling RMs attritions.
  • Regularly Maintaining and providing the weekly/monthly reports and trackers to leaders
  • Ensured adherence and compliance to regulatory requirements while processing transactions both in terms of documentation and rules.
