Designation: Trade Marketing Specialist Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and plans in alignment with brand objectives and sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify market opportunities, analyze consumer trends, and optimize product placement and promotions.
• Create engaging POS (Point of Sale) materials, displays, and merchandising solutions to enhance brand visibility and drive product trial and purchase.
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate trade marketing effectiveness, gather competitor insights, and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage trade marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on promotional activities and campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, distributors, and retailers to drive collaboration and support brand initiatives.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on trade marketing strategies, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and other relevant KPIs to track the success of trade marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG Beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive informed decisions.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India as needed.
