Trade & Logistics CoordinatorDepartment: Logistics / Supply Chain / Distribution / TransportationEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: IndiaReporting To: Rajendra RaulDescriptionThis role will report to the APAC Trade & Logistics Coordinator supporting FE global logistics and trade compliance operations. The Trade & Logistics Assistant will be responsible for reviewing, validating, processing, and troubleshooting Trade & Logistics invoices for the global Franklin Electric network.Key ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shipment Management: Coordinating and managing shipment orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Customs and Compliance: Handling documentation and compliance with international trade regulations, including customs declarations and tariffs.
• Logistics Coordination: Arranging transportation, warehousing, and delivery of goods, ensuring optimal routing and timely delivery.
• Supplier and Customer Communication: Acting as a liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing logistics data to identify trends, optimize processes, and prepare reports for management

• Basic Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Access.
• JDE Enterprise One (Preferred) ERP
• Problem Solving-Uses a logical, analytical, flexible, and systematic approach
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work cross functionally and cross regionally
• Keen attention to detail and results driven
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize accordingly
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant job experience
• Experience working with all modes of transportation, domestic and international (international strength a plus)
• Experience working with Trade Compliance Regulations and Imports/Exports
• Experience working in Supply Chain or Operations related functions
