Job Description


You are a strategic thinker passionate about execution of Hedge Fund & Private Equity operations, which includes client documentation review, transaction processing, corporate actions notification & tracking, trade reconciliation, investigation of inquiries and provides support to front office and client-facing stakeholders.You have found the right team. Job Responsibilities : Cash & Stock Reconciliation of client position against fund statement for Private Equity, Real Estate & Hedge Funds.Review of Contract notes.Booking of mid-life events ( year end collapses, side pockets, distribution events etc) Monitor, notify and manage the corporate actions for Internal Hedge Funds and Private Equity on behalf of International Private Bank clients.Review of legal documentation completeness for SIF\'s, subscriptions and redemptions of Internal and External Hedge Funds (\'HF\') along with quarterly Private Equity (\'PE\') Transfers and PE name changes.Manage invoice processing. Validation of clients\' FINRA status.Contribution to break reconciliation, i.e. review & remediation of cash & stock break.Manage Capital call, Distribution, legal invoicing for Private Equity & Open Ended Real estate. Lead & manage all new migrations aligned to the functions.Ensure daily checklist are followed & signed accurately and in a timely manner,with high accuracy and attention to details.Follow all relevant process controls and adhere to standard operating procedures. Prepare management reporting for the team on a weekly/monthly basis.Independent validation of work performed by the maker.Support upstream and downstream teams with their queries.Perform user acceptance testing as required. Identify change & efficiency opportunities and drive them to closure.Support end to end of strategic project for the function.Challenge the status quo of the process and suggest/contribute to process efficiency/automation.Escalate issues promptly as per the Escalation Matrix. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: Strong Client Focus: adhering to response time to client and maintaining high client satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively to different styles and at different levels of seniority. Adaptability - Effectively organize and prioritize work to meet stringent deadlines. Demonstrated leadership skills: collaborate with and lead others by influence, to achieve objectives, with an aptitude for decision making and problem solving. Understanding of Change Mobilization Tools (Alteryx / Xceptor / Signavio / Tableau) is an advantage High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) and Understanding of Business Process Modelling Graduate with 6 to 10 yrs relevant experience
