JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Consultant - Trade, India/& Middle EastLocation: Mumbai, IndiaKey Responsibilities- To establish company as the ultimate authority by building successful relationships with existing and potential partners that are a part of the Industry Partnership Program (IPP) & retailers.- Extensive research, maintenance of database and work closely with the Trade Managers on the deliverable execution for all potential IPP partners & Co-Op partners-Diamantaires, Jewellery Manufacturers, Jewellery Retailers - Building strong relationships with existing and potential IPP partners/Co-Op representatives/Retail partners for smooth execution of the IPP deliverables- Work closely with internal stake holders & external agencies to ensure end-to-end coordination of the Trade program deliverables (exclusive content, website showcase, events, PR etc)- Assist the Trade Manager to build & execute trade communication tactics for the trade fraternity (potential & existing partners)- Work closely with the Trade Manager to promote the company marketing initiatives to the trade fraternity- Work closely with the Trade Team & IP's - Image Bank Shoot/ Trend Report etc- Understand best practices in industry and stay apprised on innovations & new initiatives within marketplaceRequired QualificationsExpected Competencies and Behaviours- 2-3 years in retail or relevant sector with experience in marketing/client servicing /business development- Organized and structured with the ability to effectively project manage and execute from plan to implementation to measurement and optimization- Excellent written and presentation communication skills- Possess an innate drive to make things happen and have the required impact- High emotional intelligence - Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial/start up and multi-stakeholder environment - Jewellery and/or luxury retail experience a plus. - Background in the watches industry/ co-op projects/co-op marketing a strong plus.Travel:Only within Mumbai (ref:updazz.com)
