Roles & Responsibilities:

• Role Description: Global Trade Export/Import Classifier - Level 2

1to2yrs manual HTS classification experts, automotive, chemical, electronics, textile, don't want automatic classification, technical drawings, reading drawings, electricity or mechanical engineer will be best, manufacturing support, US regulatory they will have an experience.



Primary Responsibilities:

+ Utilize Aerospace procedures and work instructions to determine export and import classifications for Aerospace products as directed by the Central Manager and Onsite Supervisor.
+ Participate in and assist with training and team meetings as directed by the Central Manager.
+ Utilize the classification verification/escalation process for complex classifications.
+ Track and report time spent on all activities as directed by the Onsite Supervisor.
+ When necessary, operate independently to complete classification projects.
+ Need to meet the classifier's metrics on daily basis (i.e., classifying minimum 40 parts per day as per business requirement)
+ Provide required assistance on the monthly transactional testing process and other classification related audits (if any).
+ Maintaining classification/audit accuracy of more than 99%.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Qualifications, Competencies and Educational Requirements:
• 2 years formal education or work experience in an advanced technical field.

(e.g., Data Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, Software Development, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year experience determining export/import classifications per US regulations.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Have adequate computer skills to use internal Aerospace systems. (e.g., SAP, Outlook, Microsoft O365, etc.)
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
